UI Changes to Ingame Container VCs #21

Thinking the bottom panel looks ugly. Might be better to just have the translucent control containers on top of the background with a "tap to appear/disappear" operation. Also, don't cover up the status bar and toy around with having the boundaries of the sceneview not be behind the menu bar
