SceneKit frame skipping on launch and game startup #5

Nodes/scene need to be pre-rendered to avoid this issue. Need to determine how to make this work for both the demo scene and the game scene.

Fixed it!!!

Issue appeared on iphone X/XR/XS devices around the left and right edges.
