Re-arrange rmd chunks into separate rmds #19

Make a separate rmd for the ff to make "modules" that would make a more structured and reusable workflow. Save relevant objects in .rds or other formats to be used in other rmds.

[x] Data prep RMD (filtering, aggregation, normalization)
[x] Clustering RMD (hierarchical and Kmeans)
[x] Imputation RMD for non-blinded data
[x] Imputation RMD for Blinded data

To be dicided: functions in separate rmds?
