update front page with up to date number of datasets #26

the front page table has info dating back to 2016. needs to be updated

use the progress script to update a table of data on webserver then use javascript ajax query thingy https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5484992/how-to-update-table-cell-value-using-jquery

Tables too hard - I opted to use a png graph instead
