About User Interface:

• Can something be done when “Analyse” button is clicked, maybe the button becomes grey? Or a loading prompt pops up... Initially I was not sure if the analysis had started or not...
• Maybe you can write: “t values from dataset” for the t-values that come up after dataset is loaded
• If the description could be in bullet points

For Documentation:

• Full form of GMEA can be mentioned
• We can possibly explain/define the statistical terms displayed – like setSize, s.dist
• I'm not sure if this is common knowledge: You can also mention that a mitch report can be generated from the analysis done by the server – about multidimensional enrichment analysis. I was not aware that the html report will provide a mitch report. This can be mentioned in the description too!
• Is it possible to rearrange GO terms according to BP, CC, MF in the webserver itself? - If not, this can be done using .tsv data and then in excel

LOADING ISSUES: Sometimes website takes too long to load

Thanks Anusuiya for the suggestions. For now we will shelve the shiny app, until we can come up with a solution that is more responsive, and that won't overwhelm our servers.
