Can split in half then analyse to show validity.

This is a big study of DNA methylation changes caused by smoking: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GSE117861 This study has 608 samples of 450k array and 529 of EPIC array samples. It also has 100% HIV positive patients.

Best to use GSE158422 because it has n=37 tumor and control samples and matched gene expression
