Rmd first plot for 2d analysis #11

It looks like it's not appearing in the vignette example. Need to check with real data

There was an error with cairo configuration. Reinstalled R4 with the following guide after deleting existing sources fixed it up. https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-r-on-ubuntu-18-04-quickstart
