HTC SensationXE connection refused #273

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I fill all field 
2.the public static ip is correct, and also port number, 
3.i've tried with Samsung Galaxy, and it's ok.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
VNC connection failed /n°ipaddress:n°port connection refused

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?
0.5.0
Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?
UltraVNC on Windows7
What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access ?
1024x768 
What device are you using?
HTC SENSATION XE
Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which?

Please provide any additional information below.

I've tried to connect via vnc witha pc or with another android phone, with 
success, I don't understand why not with vnc.
