Remove navigation bar #5

It's clunky and looks bad when items are removed from it. To be replaced by a floating "Go home" link on all non-home pages.

The navigation bar has been removed, and a working prototype of the "Go home" link is on the Swift Calculator blog post.

The Minesweeper and Papa Kirill pages are now also on the new system. I believe that's all the currently public facing pages.
