Windows BEAST exe <close> then <cancel>, window should NOT be closed #348

Not sure if this is really a BEAST problem, or a java one

[To reproduce]
Using windows BEAST.exe, open a xml file that runs successfully. Then, while
running BEAST use the <Close> button (white cross, red button top right of
BEAST window). Then, when asked if you're *sure* select <cancel>. Rather than
continuing, the gui/console dissapears but the java process is left running in
the background (is 'orphan' the right phrase here?)

Beast 1.5.4
Vista Business SP2 (64-bit)
2x Intel E5440@2.8Ghz
16GB RAM
(Sun Java6 update 6, I /think/)

This is a wider issue than just Windows. On the Mac, pressing Cancel also
closes the BEAST window which is not the expected result of pressing Cancel.
Pressing Cancel should allow BEAST to continue. Also it would be useful to make
the message that comes up more informative (this is about saving the contents
of the console window not the BEAST log files).

Change the tittle because the problem is exactly to cancel but windows closed.
