No minimum window size - Githubissues

We need to decide on a minimum window size and set it. Is anyone really going 
to want a BEAUti window less than 800x600? If you make it smaller than that, 
you can't click all the buttons anyway. For really small screens, a virtual 
desktop would work better anyway.

It would be nice to get rid of the the scrollpanes for individual panels. They 
look strange when not on and are irritating when they are on. Better option 
would be decide on the minimum window size, and then adjust (shorten) the text 
to make sure the UI fits. At the mimimum (if the issue is that there are too 
many options) then a vertical scrollbar only would work better from a UI 
perspective.
