Remove warning text about certain parameters in Priors table

Text has been introduced for certain parameters saying 'Please read warning on 
bottom...'. This is makes the table too busy and will be ignored anyway. It is 
also appearing in the operator tab. I suggest highlighting any inproper priors 
(e.g., Uniform with an infinite bound) in the dialog box that comes up when you 
try to generate. These could be highlighted in red and the warning message 
currently at the bottom of the main window could appear in this one instead.
