An easy way to include or exclude taxa (and/or taxon sets) from the xml file. #378

It seems like it is easy to include/exclude taxa from a taxon set, but not to
include/exclude taxa from the final xml file. I may be missing something
obvious.

It looks like I can edit the xml file and delete taxa if needed, but I'm not
sure what consequences that has on the priors. For the most part, this does not
seem to create any difficulties.

It would be great to have a panel analogous to that of the taxon sets panel, or
combined with the taxon sets panel, where one could include/exclude taxa (or
taxon sets) from the final xml file, similar to what is implemented in MEGA.
MEGA has checkboxes to include or exclude each taxa.
