Discrete trait model should have its tree linked to that for a tree for a sequence partition #380

If there are multiple data partitions and a discrete trait, it is possible to 
unlink all trees so the discrete model has its own tree on _all_ taxa. Discrete 
model lines in the partition table should only be able to select from the set 
of trees for sequence data. When selecting the tree this should determine the 
number of taxa show for the discrete partition.
