Update scrochdb to make the grep string orderless

At the moment, the grep string uses "ordering" therefor if the cmdb file had values

#DEF Fruit  Dessert
     apple  pie
     apple  tart
     cherry crumble
     cherry pie

A search for pie cherry would not work. Update scrochdb to make cherry pie and pie cherry returns the same results
