Describe the solution you'd like When looking at summary of failures, would like to distinguish between manual steps and try failures

Additional context Maybe add how long a Manual step or Failure step took to complete

Adding option to enter a comment when job is in a manual state

Done. New option only shows Issues when the operator has added a comment
