Publish docs as a website #15

Having a website (with a proper summary) will make it easier (especially for non-techies) to browse the documentation. Hopefully, the documentation will be split into smaller files and make the guide less scary for contributors.

The website is going to be published in GitHub (gh-pages) and should be generated directly from markdown files.

I am still deciding between using Jekyll or GitBook.

I will give GitBook a try.
