Removed "p" and "t" only models as these cause maxent to fail with error message "No features available: select more feature types or deselect auto features"

Sorry, I cannot merge this. The features proposed to erase are important and other parameters of Maxent can be changed to make them work. The users will have to make an effort to understand why these features require other parameters to change, and that is important from a statistical point of view. I am working on a major update of the package where more informative messages will be provided to help users understand the error and its implications.
