Update package and configuration from 1.3.11 to 1.5.2

Description

Update version of intelephense to 1.4.1.

Based on the contents of intelephense-docs and vscode-intelephense changed the configuration of package.json.

Some settings are only used by VSCode, but we added them as well, as they may be available in the future.

Most recently, intelephense 1.5.2 was released.

I checked the situation and it was fine.

Changed the version of intelephense to 1.5.2.
