add pirads to instrument example #10

The PIRADS image was not included in the examples, it appears to have a bug with the region selection. The upper two quadrants do not allow selection of what appear to be selectable subregions.

@ChemiKyle are you referring to these two regions (marked in red circles)? If that is the case, I think it is meant to be that way (maybe other views of the same regions).

@marlycormar Sorry, I should have included an image. I meant the regions labeled with letters. More specifically, users can only select both the AS and TZa regions in each quadrant, not each one individually. Hopefully this image will make it clearer:

@ChemiKyle thanks for elaborating! I agree with you; this is probably not intended and there are regions that need to be mapped. Could you open an issue to investigate if this is the case?

On the meantime, I will give priority to newer images (the pirads image dates back from when the module was just a hook), merge your commits, and make a release.
