ociip.service starting, looks like it was not able to find /SCC/bin/ociip.sh

After reboot donefor linux update, the service IP did not attached.

Issue was corrected by restart ociip service.

ociehsapp1:/> sudo systemctl status ociip

ociip.service - Attach secondary IP to OCI instance Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/ociip.service; enabled; vendor preset: disabled) Active: active (exited)
