[RFR] Prefer node alpine #3

Can we focus only on alpine for this PR and address the permissions issue on #4 ?

I have never used the user namespace. Someone did? It would be great to get a currently working example of this kind of user mapping.

Can we add a note to not use it on production?

@djhi Not really. Ouï-dire ... :confounded: In fact, I think I heard a speaker mention the problem in a video of the last Devox... I'm trying to find the reference.

So, I get a node alpine with correct user permissions working on #4. If needed I can superseeds this PR.

I imported the alpine changes in #4 and the recipe of @djhi in it in order to get all de changes in the same place. I close this one, let me know of any changes in the other one ! Thanks :)
