It's a bit ugly/verbose, but without simple hovertext for tkinter it's not easy to explain what it does without spelling it out.

It's a bit ugly/verbose, but without simple hovertext for tkinter it's not easy to explain what it does without spelling it out.
I've added functionality to allow the arrow keys to adjust the frequency and squelch. Hold shift for finer adjustments.
