fix: remove Equal Experts careers link #358

Equal Experts seems to have removed all references of the Lisbon office from the site (https://www.equalexperts.com/contact-us/lisbon/), but they still seem to have Lisbon employees (https://www.linkedin.com/company/equal-experts/people/?facetGeoRegion=102775852).

Until we get some more info, let's keep the company, while removing the careers link.

Yes, the company still has (and hires) people in Portugal, but everyone works remotely since clients are international and teams are distributed anyway.
