As this plugin contains a number of 3rd party libs you must implement the thirdpartylibs.xml file to describe each lib and the license it is under: https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Plugin_files#thirdpartylibs.xml

this also exludes the files from our Moodle codechecker scripts.

make sure you include the three.js and raphael scripts as well as the kekulejs libs in that file.
