The Readme should have our names and a one sentence description of what this repo is for. It should also just describe the main directories, like that the Guide is in guide/, self contained examples are in examples/. It's okay to repeat some of the basic building instructions, including how to build the latex files (is there a makefile in there? if not I'll add that as an issue too!) and how to install pyethereum. Experieneced developers will expect this sort of thing in a repository.
