DOC: Equations seem broken on documentation site #76

The equations written in latex are not rendered on the documentation site.

The problem seems to be site-wise since all equations are not rendered.

I'd expect the latex equation content to be rendered. Same behavior on latptop and phone browsers. I am not familliar enough with rst/math directives/sphinx to point out the origin of the problem.

@mocquin Thanks for notifying me. There has been a change in the requirements for ReadTheDocs. I fixed that now and the docs should display normally again.
