Revise the scores of AlphaDeesp ? #24

Score that ranges from 0 to 4 may not have the desired conditions.

Initially a score of 3 is when a constraint that we consider along alphaDeesp is relieved. For now it checks if any overload is relieved, which is a bit misguiding
