As a user, I want to be able to access a pause menu [SP: 1] [Priority: 5] [Risk: low]

Task 1: Discuss with team what is expected in the game paused screen (0.25h) Task 2: Research how to implement (0.5h) Task 3: Implement a detailed prototype (0.5h) Task 4: Check with team what needs to be added or removed (0.5h)
