Sure, any license works fine. Note that since you build on top of pefile https://github.com/erocarrera/pefile/blob/master/LICENSE which is MIT-licensed and pyelftools which is in the public domain https://github.com/eliben/pyelftools/blob/master/LICENSE it may make sense to adopt the license of one or the other
