Fragmented list : blank slide when the slide starts with a list #341

Fragmented lists are great, but when the slide has no title, no paragraph before the list, there is a blank slide. In this case, the first list item should appear immediately. Thanks again!

Transferred from Marp for VS Code ▶️ Marp CLI 🚚. How to show fragmented list is a part of Marp CLI's template bespoke.

Detection whether contents around of the fragmented list are empty is too many uncertainties to detect. Even if there is no paragraphs before the list, the slide author may want to use the list as fragmented. (e.g. background as content, custom HTML contents, delayed DOM insertion by JavaScript, etc...) And we're not want that the consistency in the whole of behavior for fragmented list would break by making exceptional case.

Thinking about more explicit way to disrecognize the first item as fragmented would be better. (If so, this issue is in the part of Marpit. We're always recommend to make a ticket in discussion forum first to avoid the confusion by issue transfer)
