Add a document title for HTML slides #206

How to add the document title for my html slides, so that I can see one title on the browser tab. Especially when the html link is added to favorites, it's useful to find it quickly.

Marpit framework only generates partial HTML, not the whole of HTML. Marpit repository has to document only about our framework, so we cannot document about title.
