Fix reported vulnerabillities in markdown-it, and deep dependencies (marked and nanoid).
- ~~Vulnerabilities in deep dependencies of jsdoc have fixed by using resolutions field.~~
~~jsdoc is keeping current version v3.6.7 due to jsdoc/jsdoc#1970.~~
- Bumped to the fixed version v3.6.9.
