Make node id configurable #10

Could you make the node id configurable? for me data is provided on http://192.168.xxx/data.json?node_id=5 which makes it impossible to use the integration.

here you go... update to 1.0.12 and adjust the node number during the initial setup - if this works, please close this issue TIA (and you might like to use my tibber-invite-link, if you haven't used one yet)

Thanks a lot works perfect now. Have used an invite already though
