Tibber Pulse Local - no connection to tibber bridge #17

Hi,

Although I can connect to the tibber bridge locally (webserver enabled) without any issue, configuring the same in the integration consitantly fails with "No connection possible". I checked from the HA console and can ping the tibber bridge. The HA logfile isn'T helpful as it just repeats the error message I can already see when configuring the integration. The IP address is correct of course.... Any hint where to look or what to check?

yes - I have some hints for you... just take a look at the closed issues...

specially these ones here... https://github.com/marq24/ha-tibber-pulse-local/issues/3 or https://github.com/marq24/ha-tibber-pulse-local/issues/6 or it might be as simple as in https://github.com/marq24/ha-tibber-pulse-local/issues/16

Hmm ... I didn't spot that the sensor needs to send data to be recognized. As I was going to replace my existing IR sensor that did connect via Tasmota to HA, I thought I could setup the integration in a sort of a dry run...obviously not. It's working now.

Thanks for the quick response.
