Cannot setup Tibber Pulse Local integration (Because Bridge is not paired with Pulse reader)

Maybe I should add that I do not want to pair the Tibber pulse device with the Tibber app. I do not want to send the data to Tibber server. I only want to read the signal (electricity consumption) in HA.

In the bridge web UI, check the nodes section... you might need to specify an alternative node number (!=1)

Sounds like a Hichi IR Reader might be a better fit for your use case
