Japanese Translation #3

Translated the OSSC menu into Japanese. If you are incapable of having a "Language" option in the menu for different languages provided there are users who will translate them, then separate firmware versions with different languages should suffice. 0.73.eng 0.73.jap And so on

Thanks for the translation! Currently it might need to be implemented as separate fw to minimize memory usage, but I'll look into this more closely soon.

Would it be possible to convert the strings to half-width kana (JIS X 0201 compliant) and ensure they are no more than 16 bytes in total length? That would be needed for displaying them correctly on the character LCD.
