Feature request: Reduced bit depth color

Some sources have relatively limited color reproduction:

• pre-AGA Amiga (OCS/ECS): 4bit per RGB channel (4096 color)
• VGA: 6bit per RGB channel (262144 color)

This presents an opportunity to round the sampled colors to the nearest such colors, and thus eliminate noise.
