AV3 loss of sync on 240p->480i switch #84

I'm testing a homemade DE15 adapter for the PS1, and I'm experiencing sync loss when switching from 240p to 480i. The LED turns orange and the LCD rapidly alternates between "no sync" and "262-p". When it's in that state, opening the OSSC's menu or switching back to 240p allows it to re-sync.

It seems to work as expected when the sample rates for 240p and 480i are the same, but fails when they're different, for example when using optimal sampling for 240p but not for 480i. All line multiplication modes including passthrough are affected, using either RGBS or RGBHV (with sync generated by an EL1883).

The "AV3 interlacefix" setting doesn't appear to have any effect whether it's set to on or off. Firmware version is 0.88-aud.

Let me know if there's any other information I could provide or testing I could do to help diagnose the issue.

v1.xx series firmware should be more robust to unusual HV sync. More details on the firmware and its requirements are here.
