Add "how to contribute" to the README #368

Instruction on how to contribute would make contributors welcome.

@pckroon @jbarnoud Should we try to add a section to the README and include possible projects, so people get an idea on not only how but also what to contribute. During the workshop some people indicated interest to actually help with Martinize2/vermouth.

I was thinking perhaps the parser update could be a suitable project or the coordinate rebuilder? What do you guys think? From within marrink-lab I would not expect any major contributions for the time being.
