If APRS path contains no hops, the path is not included - means no SAT APRS #22

I wanted to use AX25 APRS on 145.825 using the Path ARISS. I typed ARISS on PATH1, and 0 in the hops. Looking at the raw packets, with zero hops, the ARISS is not sent.

Any chance satellites will respond even if it's set to one hop?

Hey Richard.

Nope. Same if you wanted to specify a callsign in a path. No hops would be used.
