Add support for APRS text messages. #7

Now there is no support for text messages, can't send or receive.

There should be a list of received messages and menu for creating and transmitting messages.

Bonus for a reply function, if we can store a few callsigns and common messages like "Ok." and "On the phone, I'll get back to you later".

Bumping support for this. This is the most discussed shortcoming of this radio.

It's a good chunk of work to get done and it seems small, but it's also worth noting that per the developer of APRS, APRS with just gps and weather does not qualify as APRS. It's like calling a set of lone wheels a car.

I'd personally be willing to donate towards this cause, as Im sure others would. Messaging would be truly such a powerful addition.
