Any chance you could make this use an alpine container instead or perhaps do the building of the openresty package in a container separate from the one that runs it?

Possibly. I built this specifically to satisfy my use-case. What's the reason for your request?

@marrotte My use case at the time was probably a slimmer build and perhaps another docker file to compare to the current one so I can better see what this project contributes beyond the denial base. I think that was my case.

However, given the age of this, you can close this without causing any tears. Lol.

@marrotte This project feels more like a git gist. I'm not sure those existed 7 years ago which might be why you had it as a full repo. If you incorporate the readme into the Docker file as a fleshed out comment, it really becomes self encapsulated, ultra-portable, and sharable.
