Add support for Ext Direct remoting #132

Ext Direct is Sencha's remoting system for ExtJS. Having direct support (in the form of a dialect, probably) would make WC2 much more appealing for building ExtJS apps on.

Originally mis-labeled as WebCore 2 feature… commit was against WC1.
