Dependency on libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll #16

Does this happen on others that the newest code needs libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll? Or does it involve the dependencies that I have?

BTW, I closed by previous issue as I've just used VS Express 2012, then copy-pasted the dll dependencies until I opened it and found that libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing. I did manage to add that scouring the internet to get it, but I'm feeling that this isn't even needed compiled with VS Express 2012.

Nevermind, this is because of libmpg123. They rely on this library because the dll included with the library download officially doesn't make the mpg123 static. Sorry if I bothered anyone in some way.
