Implement a save system #7

Ideally a dual-save system with both save files and auto-resume.

Save files (i.e., the kinds you manually save to your hard drive) are outside of the scope of the engine. However, save files which are not exposed to the user (through browser APIs, etc.)---such as those which would be used for an auto-resume system---are still considered fair game.
