Add rover locations #2

So far I only found current location of Curiosity: https://mars.nasa.gov/maps/location/?mission=Curiosity

@arvigeus great idea! It should be rather simple to implement, and there might already be hosted featureLayers Similar to this crater layer by ESRI.
