Footer covers instance drop-down (visual 'glitch') #32

Describe the bug The instance drop-down is 'below' the footer text.

To Reproduce

  1. Search something that doesn't return anything.
  2. Open instance menu

Expected behavior The drop-down should have the highest z-index.
