Issue #29 find path update #30

Here is the updated description to find_path command

Now supports a file that contains paths in different lines.
Outputs with -o
Output in FASTA format available
fixed bug in determining correctness of path
added test case

Other changes:

Changes to gaftools order_gfa output. Chromosome-wise output available as an option rather than default option

Documentation for order_gfa and find_path have been updated
