Open a project? #10

@ptrebert Do you think it would help to open a project here - I can try to start writing things down step-by-step.

Never used one of those, but feel free to try (I have read that it largely mirrors the "Issue" system...). One thing to consider may be that the Google Doc is more easily accessible, so a step-by-step structure there could be more widely useful...?

@ptrebert Sure, sounds good, I'll use Google Doc instead. I just thought maybe you would prefer github.

Well, you know, at the end of the day, it's always the PIs who decide which system to use, so let's see ;-)
